I have a little bit of experience ULX, ULX extended and FAdmin, along with also managing a forum to some extent. Why do you want to become staff: I want to keep the server clean of rule breakers and minges, help out with bugs and loopholes in the ULX and Fadmin (Although i doubt there are any) i also want to help out the server and watch it grow, i love watching new communities spark and grow bigger. How will you contribute to the server: I can contribute with my large amount of experience from staffing a lot of other servers together with my way of seeing things from an unbiased point of view, which helps me deal with a lot complicated situations fairly well compared to people with less experience. How would you deal with a rulebreaker: Depending on what rule he broke i'd warn him if its a minor offense like a accidental RDM/CDM or FailRP saying he didn't know he FailRP'ed. On the other hand if its a major offense like mass RDM, A big prop block, prop quacking or prop climbing i'd usually tell him to stop remove it ask him why he did it, and then kick him unless he gave me the best explenation in the world, And if he comes back and does it again I'll perm ban him since he clearly has no intent on playing How often can we expect to see you: You could expect to see me on a couple of hours a day, some days how ever if I'm in a shitty mood i probably won't get on, but even though I'll try to be on when i can. What are some of your strengths and weaknesses: Some of my strengths are that i can deal with stress fairly easy when in a staff position and i have good knowledge of the game and game mode. My weaknesses are that I'm fairly lazy, and that sometimes when im in a shitty mood i usually don't really feel like doing my job, although i try to even though i don't want to. Your staff application provides sufficient information about how you are and act as a staff member. However, I know that you'd be able to throw together an even better staff application by just dedicating an extra 2 - 3 minutes on throwing it together.
